Shipping policy

We aim to despatch in-stock orders placed before 1pm AEST the same business day, and to deliver across Australia as quickly as our carriers allow. Delivery times below are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: $14.95 flat rate.
  • Express shipping: $19.95 flat rate.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $139, with the option to upgrade to express for $8.
  • Bulk, pallet or oversized items may incur a freight surcharge. Any surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST are despatched the same business day if the items are in stock. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are despatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

The times below are in business days. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on our carriers and your location.

  • VIC: standard 3 to 5, express 1 to 3.
  • SA and ACT: standard 3 to 7, express 1 to 3.
  • NSW and QLD: standard 4 to 7, express 1 to 4.
  • WA, TAS and NT: standard 5 to 10, express 3 to 5.

Tracking and address changes

You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as addresses cannot be changed after despatch. If your site needs a loading dock, a delivery window or specific access arrangements, tell us when you order.

Carriers

We use a range of carriers depending on the service, the size of the consignment and your location.

  • Standard: Australia Post, Aramex, Direct Freight and Couriers Please.
  • Express: Australia Post Express, StarTrack FPP, StarTrack Road Express and TNT/FedEx.

Larger consignments, including pallet orders, may travel on general freight rather than a parcel carrier.

Local pickup

You can collect your order from our East Bendigo warehouse at 205 Murphy Street, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST. Please wait for us to confirm your order is ready before you come in.

PO boxes and parcel lockers

Dispensers and cartons of consumables are too large for most parcel lockers, so we need a physical delivery address for them. A physical address also gives us more carrier options and usually gets your order to you faster.

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and bank transfer for bulk and business orders. We offer 30-day accounts to schools, businesses and councils, subject to application and approval. All transactions on our site are encrypted.
